Principal of Girme School Shri Yadav approached RCPH and explained about the grim situation of students life in Girme School. He said some of the students have lost 1 parents & some both parents due to COVID. Some have lost their jobs. The students come from such poor backgrounds that they only have 1 meal a day. They are not sure about the next meal. The School has already waived off their yearly school fees of Rs 1200. There are 25 such students who don't have money to give the SSC board exam fees of Rs 480 each. The School is trying their best to keep them in School. If such poor students drop out of school, their future is really grim. Without parents to support we can only imagine what will happen to them. As per request from Principal Yadav ji for payment of Board exam fees for 25 students of Girme School, Hon. President & BOD decided and approved an amount of Rs. 12000/- from RC Pune Horizon. The amount will be handed over to Principal in weekly meeting of 29-11-2021.
