| Minutes of Meeting | 1) Meeting was called to order at 8 pm, as members attending expected that confirming members would turn up late, citing the rains, bad roads and heavy traffic on road. 2) As per agenda, RCPH is supposed to give DG suitable dates in order he can make annual DG visit to RCPH.. The dates suggested were 24th sept., 26th sept, Or 30th sept. 3) Venue - Mountain High 4) Our Rakhi Project proposed by Rtn. Kunjan has been fixed on 24th aug, 5) Time- 3 PM. All members are expected to reach the venue on time. 6) Rtn Hemaji & Rtn. Renuji have been proposed to purchase the Rakhi , At the most economical price. 7) Rtn. Shabbir N has volunteered to purchase Chips OR Chivda pkts at affordable rate. 8) Jalebi, paper plates, samosa, purchase has been volunteered by Rtn. Baadshah. 9) We discussed a few points on how to increase our membership, one major point was that we should try to bring more members to join us, We must have more members in attendance at our meetings for discussion. 10)We must have a dinner outing prog. at least once a month. All our members can afford, a good reasonable restaurant, for that we leave the final decision on our President to choose the Venue, Menu, etc. In order to make our dinners affordable we will try to have a set menu, at any restaurant. 11) We all know our Meeting day (Tuesday)and meeting time (7.30) so we must dedicate that day and time for Rotary. Let us bring in some sort of discipline and understanding amongst our members, so our President has appealed to help her bring about some changes which will be beneficial for the growth of our club. 12) Meeting was adjourned at 9.45. pm 13) Host of the meeting was, our most dedicated Rotarian Rtn. Gulu. What is appreciated of him, that with all his health issues etc. Yet he makes it a point to attend by travelling by OLA etc and regularly contribute in whatever way is affordable for him. Fellow Rotarians let us learn this from him. |
