Shabbir P informed that except a few members others do not take any interest in the projects. While we are doing good projects the participation is low • Regarding the cleaning of the area near the school project, Kunjan informed that it comes under yewlewadi and he will advice how it will be done. • Matter of the trust was taken up for discussion. Some trustees are wanting to come out of the trust. Shabbir P proposed that in case the trustees want to leave the trust they should pay 10K. There is big debate on this. • Neelima advised that those who had opted to continue the trust should come forward. However Suhail informed that voting was confidential and this is not going be informed. However it is a personal call that individuals have to take irrespective of their vote. • Suhail informed the Hussain Bhai had suggested that he knows how to close the trust. So he proposed that Hussain Bhai be allowed to close the trust. • It was clarified that it does not matter where the trust account is, we can operate the account from the salunkhe vihar branch. • Nitin advised that all works projects etc. should be considered through the trust... • Further discussion on the closure of the trust was carried out. Suhail made it clear that the trust has many benefits. The idea of closing trust is not because it is cumbersome to operate but because we have not managed to run it properly and extract benefit for the purpose for which it was created. Nitin Patil seconded this opinion. • Hussain Bhai suggested that he is willing to continue with the trust so that we will be able to attract CSR. Everybody unanimously advised him that getting CSR is a pipe dream and close to impossible. • Finally Husainbhai will speak to his lawyers and report back to the Club the method of closing the trust and the amount it will involve. • Meeting closed thereafter.
