| Minutes of Meeting | 01) RCPH Member's gathered for a sumptuous fellowship treated by Rtn.H.Murarkaji & Ann Maltiji. 02) President then called meeting to order & with the National Anthem. 03) President thanked the following members Rtn.Guluji , Rtn.Hemantji , Rtn.Pappaji, Rtn.Sameerji , Rtn.Tasneemji , Rtn.Abbasbhai, Rtn.Fatemaji , Rtn.Bhopalwallaji ,Rtn.Kunjanji, Rtn.Shabir P, for being present for the meeting. 4) President thanked all members for being present & thanked all BOD members for giving a wonderful & impressive presentation during DG visit. The DG has given some suggestion regarding project funding & how CSR projects can be done with the help of the district, membership retention, for which we assured him to follow his advice. Rtn Shabir P briefed the members about the just concluded session conducted by Miss Munira Khairullah, she taught with demonstration to the children, staff & members of RCPH different breathing technics which can help to keep control over your body & mind. (meditation) Rtn.Hafizi,Rtn,Shabir P, Rtn.Badshahbhai, Rtn.Nisreenji, Ann.Batulji were thanked for their participation. Girme School & their staff & students of 8th.std were treated with biscuits after the session. 05) It was also suggested that we continue with our giving of reconditioned Cycle Project, for which our members would approach requesting their society members to allow us to take un-used or discarded cycles for revamping & then gift it to the needy students. 06)Some of the members requested for details of the picnic, such as the total cost, the distance to travel, the other costs which could be added,besides the resort cost.etc.etc. 06) Many of the members present yesterday were in favour of having the outing program, Post Diwali, as that way we can club the picnic & Diwali programe together, as they also felt it would be cost effective as well as more Members would be able to join. However, they felt that if the members would like to continue with their day picnic as decided for the 16/Oct. could continue with their plans if they wished to do so. 07) As the trust deed needs to be modified as the 3-year term has come to an end, there were suggestions from members, for which Rtn.Bhopalwala & others will discuss the same with our Lawyers & then get back to the trustees for a final draft for the next 3-5 years. 08) A Prospective member, Mr.Sandeep, who runs a company in name of 'S' Communication, namely dealing in CCTV installation & services, self-introduced himself to RCPH, has major client like Sasoon Hospital etc. He lives in Undri. His wife is a Hindi/Marathi teacher at RIMS International. 09) The meeting was conducted peacefully & in Democratic manner. 10) A vote of thanks was proposed by the acting secretary Rtn.Shabir P., giving Birthday greetings & Wed.annv greetings to members celebrating in the month of Oct. All such members honoured the Charity box. Rtn.Hemantji & Ann Maltiji were recipients of a big thank you for their fellowship. |
