| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting held on 19/09/2022 1)Mainly we discussed on the DG visit which is on 21/09/2022. MOC will be Charter President Shabbirbhai Poonawala. We all the members will gather at venue Hotel Kokkita sharp at 6.00 pm. 2)As finalised in the last meeting following members paid Rs. 500/- per couple as a advance amount towards DG visit food contribution a) Rajendra b) Papaji c) Nitin d) Shabbirbhai Poonawala e) Sameer f) Shabbirbhai Nalwala g) Hussainbhai h) Najmi I) Rashidaji Requesting all the members to pay Rs. 500/- on 21/09/2022. 3)Rot. Tasneemji requested to all the Rotarians & spouses to attend the Project for the girls in Girme School (Which was successfully completed) on 29/09/2022 at 3.00 pm. 4)Rot. Najmiji explained about the new proposed projects. 5)Birthday wishes given to Rot. Rashidaji (8/09/2022). 6)Yummy fellowship given by Our senior member Papaji. |
