| Meeting Agenda | Agenda follows:- 1) 7.30 pm Fellowship 2) 8.00 pm, Meeting call to order , with National Anthem 3) After brief of last Club meeting, President will inform the club of the meeting with our Rotractors, to discuss about their installation programs on 27th Aug. & how far we can help them to the best of our abilities towards their expectations, 4) Give brief about our participation in Indpendence day celebration at Girme School. 5) Explain about our forthcoming expenses for the year 22-23 , the shortfall & how best we can overcome the challenges of 22-23. 6) Req. to members to pay their Club dues at the earliest. 7) Club directors to get charged to take up their assignments in the interest of the club. 8) Rtn Poonawala Will give a brief speech on how to get Donation. 9) kindly bring front if anybody has a project with its complete details. This time fellowship is on our Rtn Hussainbhai Bhopalwala. |

| Minutes of Meeting | 1) 8 pm. After Fellowship, meeting was called to order by President . 2) Mr. Suhail Ansari was inducted into Rotary at the hands of Rtn.Jeetendra Mohan. 3) The Club President made a request to the Rotarians to pay their annual dues in our RCPH bank account to facilitate to pay our RI & district dues & also prepare to pay for other club expenses. 4)Discussion for Rotaract installation Day was taken up & how we could help them to make a good presentation on that day. The President explained the preparation part & that how the Girme school management is going to help by allowing the Rotaracts to use their hall along with chairs, table, Podium, Stage ,mike system.& to conduct their dinner. The Rotractors have also sent invitation to RCPH members, for which few of our members volunteered to attend. 5) President declared that we will be having our annual DG visit on 21st sept. for which all our members need to prepare. 6) Some school to be selected to make aware of traffic rules to educate them how accidents could be avoided. This would be our project, with the help of the traffic police. Rtn. Abbasbhai, & President to appoint 2 members to assist Rtn. Abbasbhai. , to make preliminary inquiry.& viability of the project. 7) It was proposed to always include Service Project director in all projects & all this in consultation with the President. 8) The President, explained that the present fee structure of Rs. 13,000/- is not enough, considering the rising costs for projects expenses, The rising $ fees to be paid to RI and many other expenses to made, hardly any amount in hand remains for projects, hence it was proposed to all attending members to increase the fees, by about 2000/- per member, all the attending members were in agreement to increase the fees, of all regular members as well as spouses. However final decision to be taken after the approval of BOD. 9) Rtn. Tasneem has proposed a project to the Club President , on educating senior ladies on hygiene and approximately 25 single bedsheets (1 bedsheets per member was requested) to be given to these ladies. (Nirmal Seva Foundation-Handewadi).She also proposed for physiotherapy to these ladies, for which Dr's from Sancheti Hospital have volunteered. Expenses would be just the Transportation of these doctors and some tea & light snacks for them. Rtn. Tasneem will pay a visit, (along with other members). present the blankets & give our club more details on the project proposed by her. . The joint secretary Rtn. Nisrin,gave her secretarial report, by wishing Birthday Boys & anniversaries & proposed a vote of thanks to Rtn. H. Bhopalwala for his wonderful fellowship. The President adjourned the meeting. |
