Treasurer if present. ** Pl. I request members to refrain from posting all Birthday wishes , greetings, anniversary greetings. Only official Rotary business messages to be posted on RCP Horizon group. All others to be posted on RCPH Extra. |

| Minutes of Meeting | MOM for the meeting held on 25th July 2022 at Girme School. 1)Gurupournima project will be done in coming days total 3 Guru’s will be felicitate. Members are requesting to give the name & finalised in the next meeting. 2)Rotarian Abbasbhai Shamboora will take care of Accounts. 3)As discussed we will pay Rs.24000/- to Girme school for the painting of the room. 4)We will pay Rs. 60000/- to Sevasahayog for the Goat project in our Happy Village. 5)New project suggested by Rotarian Mohmmad Badshah for the Girls in Girme School. 6)Another new project suggested by Rotarian Najmibhai for Road traffic awareness to put/ fix the signage on the road/ square(Chowk). 7)For the synergy project the President will speak with other clubs. 8)Rotarian Sameerji is going to celebrate “Rakshabandhan” project at Sanjeevani School. 9)Rotarian Hussainbhai introduced Mr. Yusuf Khalil as a new member. 10)President requested members to collect the donations for the upcoming projects. 11)Rotarian Hussainbhai suggested to donate Old cycles after repairing if any to needy. 12)Secretary Nitin & Nilima gave the yummy fellowship & Papaji brought the nice Coffee. |
